HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE?

Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) business days excluding public holidays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day. However, during our sale periods orders may take between 1-3 business days it be dispatched. You will receive a shipping notification once it’s on the way. We would like to thank you for your patience and ongoing support.

Shop skinluxe only ships within Australia.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SHOP SKINLUXE ACCEPT?

Shop skinluxe uses Shopify Payments through which you can purchase using Visa, Mastercard and PayPal 

PRODUCT RETURNS

We are happy to accept product returns within 30 days for a refund or store credit provided the product is unopened and in it's original condition. Please note that, given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have opened and changed your mind about a product.

In the rare instance you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us and a full refund will be given in this case.
