HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE?

Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) business days excluding public holidays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day. However, due to COVID-19 Australia post are experiencing delivery delays. You will receive a shipping notification once it’s on the way. As the current situation is rapidly changing, we will be sure to keep you up-to-date. We would like to thank you for your patience and ongoing support.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150
  • Standard shipping fee of $10 for orders under $150

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Shop skinluxe only ships within Australia.

 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SHOP SKINLUXE ACCEPT?

Shop skinluxe uses Shopify Payments through which you can purchase using Visa, Mastercard and PayPal

 

 

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

Please note that, given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have changed your mind about a purchase. Exchanges or refunds will only be given when the the goods purchased are received damaged or are faulty or not as described.

In the rare instance you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
