HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE?
Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) business days excluding public holidays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day. However, due to COVID-19 Australia post are experiencing delivery delays. You will receive a shipping notification once it’s on the way. As the current situation is rapidly changing, we will be sure to keep you up-to-date. We would like to thank you for your patience and ongoing support.

We are happy to accept product returns within 30 days for a refund or store credit provided the product is unopened and in it's original condition. Please note that, given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have opened and changed your mind about a product.
In the rare instance you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us and a full refund will be given in this case.
